• Trained and inspired a team of 5 junior designers; worked with upper management to streamline production process
• Oversaw major advertising projects from the planning stage to implementation, including Price Chopper’s 75th anniversary newspaper supplement, the grand opening ads for major store openings, and “6-Star Service,” a major company-wide customer service program
